ATLAS Muck Spreader

After using our experience in the agriculture sector & listening experienced operators, over several years, we designed a muck spreader that offers a total solution for spreading, for the UK farmer or contactor. ATLAS ranges from 9-16T, and is a rear discharge vertical beater machine.

We have taken on board the comments & views of UK farmer’s, contractors, & those experienced in using muck spreaders. This has enabled us to offer the best in terms of spreading different materials in different situations. ► Heavy-Duty Floor Conveyor Components

Having heavy-duty conveyor slats, Grade 80 drive chains & hardened drive sprockets, ATLAS gives the needed strength no matter the material or conditions. With all of this, the chains are kept in better alignment & timing, giving better reliability. With various options for floor conveyors, you can configure the machine to deal with your exact requirements.

► Painted or Galvanised Finish

As standard machines are painted in our well-known heavy-duty blue & orange paint. However, to match your requirements or make your machine more custom, we can paint the machine any RAL paint colour. For extra protection, you can choose a galvanised finished; but if you don’t like the silver look. we can paint over it.

► Designed in the UK

Floor Conveyor Options

All machines are equipped with heavy-duty floor conveyor slats & chains coupled with hardened drive sprockets, gives you the needed reliability when operating the machine. As standard, Grade 80 14mm drive chains gives the required strength but larger chains are available. All floor conveyors are driven by a motor-driven gearbox which offers enhanced reliability. With external bearing, and accessible adjusters, maintenance has never been easier.

Below are the different floor conveyor options, we offer:

► Single (two chains) conveyor – Standard on 9T – 14T

► Twin (four chains) conveyor – Standard on 16T & optional on 9T – 14T

Wheel Options

As standard, we fit large diameter & width wheels to reduce soil compaction. Additionally, we have a variety of wheels available on our machines, depending on your requirements. All our wheel options are the best load rating you can get.

Control System Options

As standard, all machines come with a manual floor conveyor control valve and mechanical hydraulic hoses to operate the hydraulic services. To improve ease of use and make changes whilst on the move, an electric control box can be optioned. We can also offer different ISOBUS options.

100mm wood extension

This smallest extension protects the top of the body chamber.

Dynamic rear LED marker lights

Mounted next to the rear lights, they enhance the machine’s width and serve as extra indicators.
